Workshop description
This workshop is aimed to both understanding the principles of item response theory and on the practical calibration of test items and interpretation of results, including fit indices and compliance with unidimensionality and local independence assumptions. This workshops is designed for the person interested in item response theory but who doesn’t understand It well enough and has never done an item response theory analysis before.
Objectives
- Comprehension of item response theory principles
- Calibration of test items in R
- Interpretation of item parameters, dimensionality, local independence and fit indices
