The 2018 EBMA Conference could be sponsored in diverse ways.
We would very much welcome commercial participation and support and we are offering the following sponsorship opportunities:
Attendance Sponsorship – € 650,-
A maximum of two members of your organization will be invited to host a stand that will be situated on the mezzanine of the main social area. You will be provided with:
- A stand space inclusive of table 4’x2’ and 2 chairs
- Power supply
- Wi-Fi Internet access
- Lunch and refreshments
- Small declaration of your company sponsorship on the final programme. This will include the logo of your company.
- You will have the opportunity to interact with delegates and speakers throughout the day.
If you would like to sponsor this event but are not able to attend on the day, you might like to consider one of the following options:
Promotional Sponsorship to advertise your organization or an event
- Promotional insert in the delegate bag: A5 flyer (we will insert a maximum of 300 (same style) leaflets) – € 150,-
- ½ page black & white (ready to print) sponsors advert in printed programme – € 250,-
- Full page black & white (ready to print) sponsors advert in printed programme – € 500,-
