Last May, Annemarie Camp and dr. Carlos Collares from EBMA visited the Tvildiani Medical university in Tbilisi to inform and train their staff members on all aspects of assessment.
Interactive lectures and workshops were given around topics such as evidence-based assessment, Item writing, and –reviewing and blueprinting tests.
Several business meetings took place to explore their needs in assessment. As a result, the first pilots for the implementation of the EBMA International Progress Testing are planned.

The results of the evaluation and the overall qualitative experience of having the computerized adaptive version of IPT were scrutinized in detail during the workshops and two business dinners.
Furthermore, Carlos presented a lecture about assessment that was broadcasted in other Finnish hospitals. The management of the University of Helsinki has decided to implement the computerized adaptive IPT of EBMA in the new academic year.
